Getufit Cake Bites

If you are looking for a sweet treat that won't compromise all of your hard work... try these amazing little bite-sized delights!! So easy to make and your family will love them!


 




Ingredients

6 scoops Protein Powder vanilla or chocolate

2 Tbsp Coconut Flour

1 large packet Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Chocolate

2 Tbsp Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder

1/2 c Dark Chocolate Chips

1/2C Unsweetened Almond Milk 1-2 Tbsp extra as needed

OPTIONAL: PB2 or powdered peanut butter for glaze


INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl microwave the chocolate chips and milk for 90 seconds until soft. Mix and set aside.


In a large bowl mix the remaining dry ingredients. Slowly add the melted chocolate chips and fold until crumbles form. At this point I added one tablespoon of almond milk at a time until the texture resembled clay. I ended up using 3 tablespoons but this may vary on the protein powder that you use.


Once this is formed I sprayed my hands with cooking spray periodically as I formed one inch sized balls. The recipe made about 50 which gave me the 38 calorie estimate for each one.


Once they were formed I sprayed them all with cooking spray and tossed them in the powdered peanut butter using a bowl. A ziplock bag would also work.


Calories: 38/ 1g fat/ 4g protein / 3 carbs / 1 sugar
