• 1 pound turkey tenderloin cut into large chunks • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Whisk together olive oil, coconut aminos, dijon mustard, rosemary, and garlic. Pour over turkey and let marinate for at least one hour.
Thread turkey onto skewers and grill over medium heat, turning throughout, until cooked through. Serve with optional carb and steamed or sautéed veggies. Serves 4.
