Getufit Egg Bites

Who doesn't love egg bites that are so easy and quick on the go? Add these to your weekly meal prep and see how amazing and yummy they are!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup whites

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 3 tablespoons seeded diced tomato, 1/4" pieces

  • 2tablespoons baby spinach leaves, chopped into 1/4" pieces

  • 2 tablespoons Four Cheese Blend

  • Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.

  2. In a large measuring cup beat the eggs and whites, and pepper. Add diced tomato and chopped baby spinach. Add cheese.

  3. Coat mini donut pan with cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan making sure that the tomato, spinach, and cheese get evenly distributed.

  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through.

NOTES:

This recipe makes 3 egg bites. One serving size is 3 bites.
