1 long English cucumbers, cut into thick slices
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
1/3 cup diced celery
4 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons Frank’s red hot sauce
3 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced
salt, black pepper to taste
In a bowl place the cream cheese, sour cream and hot sauce and stir to combine.
Add the chicken, celery, crumbled blue cheese, green onions, salt and black pepper and toss to combine.
Place one tablespoon of chicken salad on each of the cucumber slices.
