Strawberry Pineapple Sherbet

  • 1 pound frozen strawberries

  • 1 pound frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 1/2 cups plain greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup agave

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large food processor. Pulse to break up the frozen fruit. Then puree until very smooth.

  2. Serve immediately as soft-serve, or move to an airtight container and freeze. Once frozen, thaw for 15 minutes before scooping and serving. Serves 8. 1 cup servings
