Single Serve Giant No Bake Protein Cookie

Mini-Meal


  • 1/4 cup Old fashioned oats

  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup Protein powder

  • 1 tablespoons Applesauce

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 pinch Salt



Directions

  1. In a small bowl or mug, microwave peanut butter for 10-20 seconds, or until it is softened slightly, and easy to mix. Scoop a small amount of melted peanut butter and set aside for step #4 if desired.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.

  3. Form mixture into a cookie shape on a plate and enjoy immediately, (cookie may be soft if you don't refrigerate first, but it is still delicious), or cover and place in the fridge/freezer for 5 minutes or more.

  4. Drizzle with melted peanut butter if desired and enjoy!
