DAIRY FREE & GLUTEN FREE MODIFICATIONS INCLUDED
1 cup Oat flour* or regular flour
1 cup Old fashioned oats
1/2 cup protein powder
1/2 cup Maple syrup (reduced sugar works great)
1 cup Nut butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Chocolate chip
1-2 teaspoons water IF NEEDED
Mix everything together. Form into 12 even-sized cookies.
Add water to get the consistency like cookie dough. This may not be required so add only if needed.
Cookies stay good for up to 2 weeks in the fridge, or up to 3 months in the freezer.
