Lightened Up Green Goddess Salad☆



Ingredients:

Salad:

  • 1 head Cabbage

  • 4 Mini cucumbers

  • 1/2 bunch Green onions

  • YOUR CHOICE OF PROTEIN 4oz women / 6 oz men per serving

Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup Lemon juice

  • 2 tbs Avocado oil

  • 1/3 cup White wine vinegar

  • 1/2 bunch Green onion

  • 2 Avocados

  • 1/2 cup Basil leaves

  • 1 cup Spinach

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder

  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Sweetener of choice

ADD 25 grams of protein of choice per serving



Directions:

  1. Wash and finely dice all of the salad ingredients. Place salad ingredients in a big bowl.

  2. Add all of the dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss until well combined. Enjoy with chips, some grilled meat, or just as is!
