Lemon Poppy Seed Protein Bread

A morning pop with a bang of protein!!! This recipe is so incredibly easy to make with ingredients that can be on kept on hand at all times! You can make these into muffins or donuts as well!!





Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf


Ingredients

2 Cups Oats 2 Scoops Whey Protein Powder 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 2 1/2 tsp Lemon Extract 1 C Unsweetened Apple Sauce 3/4 C Egg Whites 1/4 C Unsweetened Almond Mill 2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds


Directions

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Using a loaf pan ( 8x4 ) spray with cooking spray and add batter to pan.

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
