Honey Thyme Balsamic Chicken

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

  • Pinch of pepper

Only add 1/4 of the marinade in MFP when calculating the recipe.


Directions:

  1. In a food processor or NutriBullet, blend olive oil, balsamic, honey and fresh thyme until creamy.

  2. Pour marinade into a ziploc bag or container

  3. Add chicken to bag and allow it to marinade for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Heat grill on high and cook on each side for 5-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Serve with an optional carb and healthy fat and a side of veggies. Serves 4
