I have received so many emails and comments about how the one thing people have a hard time giving up when it comes to eating healthier is their flavored coffee creamer. I have to say, I can certainly relate- I used to love my flavored coffee creamers until I discovered an inexpensive, easy, and clean way to make any flavor at home! It is so much fun experimenting with new flavors, and this version has no added sugar, or protein to keep you full!
Ingredients
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (switch up different protein powder flavors)
2 cups almond milk or skim milk
Directions
Blend all ingredients into a blender until there are no clumps from the protein powder.
Pour in your cup right away or store in the fridge for a week.
Enjoy your cup of protein java!
