Grilled Lemon Pepper Mahi Mahi

• 1.5 pounds mahi mahi

• 3 tablespoons lemon juice

• 2 tablespoon butter, melted (or ghee or olive oil)

• 2 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 teaspoon dried thyme

• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (more to taste)

• Salt to taste


  1. Mix together the lemon juice, melted butter, garlic, and thyme. Pour over the fish and season with salt and pepper. Let rest for 30 minutes.

  2. When ready to cook, grill or broil for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through and flaky.

Can be made with many white fish, shrimp, pork or chicken.

Serve with healthy fat and veggies and optional carb. Serves 6.
