Greek Yogurt Pancakes

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten free flour)

• 2 teaspoons baking powder • 1 tablespoon agave • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 2 eggs or 2 flax eggs • 1 tablespoon vanilla (or 1/2 teaspoon almond extract) • 3/4 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt (or choice of dairy free yogurt)

• 3/4 cup milk of choice Optional: Add berries of your choice!


Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and cook pancakes on preheated griddle. Top with syrup . Total servings: 4
