GFN Gluten Gourmet Free Ramen Noodles


Ingredients:

  • 1 brick of Lotus Foods Organic Millet & Brown Rice Ramen


  • 1-2 teaspoons of Better Than Boullion broth (vegetable/beef/chicken/etc. - doesn’t matter)

  • 1-2 teaspoons of sesame oil

  • 1-2 limes

  • Upto half an avocado

  • 2 tablespoons of cilantro

  • 1 egg 

Directions: 

  • Take 1 brick of Lotus Foods Organic Millet & Brown Rice Ramen in a microwave safe bowl and fill with water so that your ramen is submerged. 

  • Microwave for 4:00

  • While ramen microwaves, turn your stove top on and begin cooking your egg to your liking.

  • Chop your cilantro

  • Cut your avocado until small slices

  • When ramen noodles are done, add sesame oil, lime juice and broth. Stir until ingredients dissolve. Add your cilantro, avocado and egg to the top

    • Bean sprouts and other vegetables work amazing with this... if you're in one of my programs, remember that you only get a half cup of the noodles, which is about one block of this ramen brand... but it's actually a lot and super filling
