Getufit Protein Pancakes

• 40g or 1/2 cup ground oats (I have used whole also)

• 1/3 cup egg whites

•32g or 1 scoop protein powder

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds


  1. Grind up oatmeal in the blender.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients

  3. Mix up and prepare!

  4. Top with fresh fruit, sugar free maple syrup.
