180 grams to 2 cups raw oatmeal
2 scoops protein powder (64g powder)
2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg whites **
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablepsoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 bananas or 1 cup low sugar applesauce
**if you use egg whites then enjoy 1 tablespoon healthy fat along with the 2 muffins for your mini-meal.
Examples: 15 almonds or 1 tablespoon peanut butter
DIRECTIONS:
Mix/add flavors (almonds, walnuts)
Mix ingredients together. Bake at 325°F for 12 minutes. Do not over-bake.
They will appear undercooked at 12 minutes. Steel-cut oats will not work with this recipe.
Makes 12 small muffins
The serving size is 2 muffins.
