Protein-packed banana bread that leaves you GUILT-free... Who wouldn't want that?? Make this, and it will become a staple in your household!
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons nut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup sugar-free works great
2 cups oat flour
1 cup vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray (or line with parchment).
Mash the bananas in a medium bowl. Mix in the eggs, applesauce, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir to combine. Add the dry ingredients and stir until batter is combined. Pour batter in baking pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool, then cut into slices. Enjoy!
