Garlic Herb Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 spaghetti squash

  • 1- 15 ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 red pepper, chopped

  • 3 large handfuls of spinach, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoon Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning, or more to taste

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, or more to taste

  • Sea salt to taste


  1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, and place in the microwave for 7 to 10 minutes. If you have more time, you can bake the halves in a 350° F oven for 40 minutes.

  2. Once heated, carefully scrape the flesh of the squash into a skillet, then add the olive oil, garlic & Italian seasoning.

  3. Place on the stove on medium heat, and mix well to combine.

  4. Once the squash is warmed for about 3 minutes, add the rest of the veggies, salt & steak seasoning.

  5. Stir well to combine, and allow to cook for around 3-5 minutes.

  6. Remove from heat and serve. Serves 8

*Add 3-4 ounces or 25 grams of cooked protein to each serving
