Frozen Banana Yogurt Bites

  • 120 grams or 1 large ripe banana

  • 6 ounces Greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt

  • 16 grams or 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • Handful of dried banana chips (optional)

  • Mini cupcake liners -12

Directions:

  1. Combine banana and yogurt and add to cupcake liners and top with dried banana chips. Makes 12- enjoy an appropriate amount to fit calories.

Freeze and Enjoy!
