EGG ROLL BOWL!!!

Here it is...the famous recipe that everyone just loves!!!!


EGG ROLL IN A BOWL INSTEAD OF AN EGG ROLL


Who needs the egg roll wrapper when you have all of the goodness that’s inside of the egg roll in one enormous bowl?


I don’t know about you, but I sure do feel crummy after eating an egg roll. Maybe it’s the grease the egg roll is fried in or the gluten-filled wrapper.


Add your favorite veggies to this for a versatile meal!!

Egg roll bowl


3 -14oz bags shredded cabbage or bagged cabbage coleslaw

1 bundle chopped green onion

1 cup chopped mushrooms

1 cup shredded carrots

1tbsp garlic powder

1/2c light soy sauce or liquid aminos

Dash red pepper flakes

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 pound ground turkey

*you can add your own veggies as desired


Saute all veggies together until soft. Mix seasonings together and add. This will wilt down once cooked. It appears like a lot until ingredients settle. Serves 6.




Prep and cooking time 20 minutes!
