Yes, you can make two batches... A.M. Pronuts and P.M. Pronuts. You can enjoy these as a snack or as a breakfast! These have become a favorite in my house for sure and they are easy to make!
GETUFIT PRONUTS
Ingredients
• 1/4 c all purpose flour or gluten free flour • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder • 1/2 c liquid egg whites or 2 whole egg whites • 1/2 c apple sauce • 1 tsp baking powder • 3 tbsp (15 g) unsweetened cocoa powder Frosting/Glaze • 1 serving (32 g) fat-free cream cheese • 1 tbsp (15 g) sugar-free chocolate syrup • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray donut pan with low-cal cooking spray. 2. Mix pronut ingredients in a large mixing bowl until smooth. 3. In a separate bowl mix ingredients for frosting. Whisk together until smooth. Set aside. 4. Fill donut pan evenly and bake for 15 minutes. (I used a silicone pan since they slip out so easy.) 5. Let donuts cool completely before frosting. Sprinkles optional.
