Cucumber Sandwich

• 1 cucumber sliced long and seeds removed

• 2 ounces protein of choice (egg, tuna, or chicken)


Directions:

Cut cucumber in half and remove the middle seeded part (soft section). Place protein in the center and eat as a sandwich.

*Use lettuce wraps instead of cucumber as an option
