If cottage cheese isn't on your fan list you have a few choices. One, give this a try. I have had many non cheesy lovers become believers. Secondly, you have plenty of other choices so you can skip over this and collapse the choice so you don't even have to look at it...
Have it with fruit, but stay in your limit
Have it with veggies and you will have no issues
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Add 2 ounces of chicken and a tablespoon or so of balsamic dressing and you will be full for hours.
