  • 1 cup cottage cheese 2 or 4% (DIYA BRAND for dairy free)

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup cucumbers

  • 10 Olives or 1/4 avocado

  • Balsamic dressing

If you are not a cottage cheese lover…. DEANS LARGE CURD 4% or any 4% or larger curd is much more tolerable than the lower fat versions.
