• 25 grams of protein or 4 ounces on the scale (35 grams of protein or 6 ounces on the scale)
• Include 100 calories of nuts, avocado, or olives for fat
• Add cheese or condiments within your caloric limits
However you must keep a caloric limit of 400 to maintain goal for this meal.
