Cookie Dough Overnight Oatmeal


  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 3/4 cup Almond milk

  • 3/4 cup Old fashioned oats raw

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup Protein powder

  • 1/4 cup Sweetener of choice

  • 1 /2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract


  • The estimated total time to make this recipe is 5-10 Minutes

  • In a medium bowl mix together the yogurt and almond milk. Add the oats, protein powder, sweetener, chocolate chips, peanut butter, cinnamon, and salt, and stir to combine.

  • Divide between 2 small bowls, mugs or mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least an hour so the oats soften and absorb the liquid. Can be served cold, or microwave for 30 to 60 seconds to enjoy warm.
