2 lbs Lean ground meat of choice 1 (8 oz) can Tomato sauce 1 tablespoons Lime juice 2 tablespoon Chipotles in adobo sauce 1 teaspoon Onion powder 1 teaspoon Garlic powder 1 teaspoon Chili powder 2 teaspoon Cumin 1/2 teaspoon Paprika 1 can Diced green chiles
Instant Pot: Add everything to the Instant Pot and stir to combine. Cover and lock lid. Select manual setting; adjust pressure to high, and set time for 20 minutes. When finished cooking, quick-release the pressure. Next, remove the lid and select the high sauté setting. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced and slightly thickened, about 5-6 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks. Serve in shells or over a bed of rice or lettuce with desired toppings. Crockpot: Add everything to the Crockpot and stir to combine. Cover and cook for 1-2 hours, on high then break up the meat with a spatula. Cover and continue to cook for 6-8 hours on low. Drain off some of the excess liquid and serve in shells or over a bed of rice or lettuce with desired toppings.
