Blueberry Oatmeal Muffin Donuts

• 160 grams (2 cups) rolled oats

• 1 1/2 cups almond milk

• (200 grams ) 1 1/2 cups flour (or gluten free flour)

• 1 tablespoon baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 3/4 cup frozen blueberries


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Add oats, flour, milk and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix

generously.

3. Fill donut pan or silicone donut pan from wish list and bake for 16-18

minutes.

Makes 12 donuts, 2 donuts per serving.
