Banana Nut Quinoa Cereal

• 2 medium bananas, chopped

• 1 cup uncooked quinoa

• 4 cups almond milk

• 1 cup plain greek yogurt

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

• 60g or 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

• 80g or 3 tablespoons maple syrup or your choice of sweetener

• 1 scoop (32 grams) protein powder


  1. In a blender or bowl mash the bananas and yogurt until smooth. Blend in the milk.

  2. In a medium saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer covered for 10 minutes until oats are fluffy.

INSTANT POT: cook for 5 minutes
