Almond Flour Waffles

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 tbs Vanilla extract

  • 2 tbs Sweetener of choice

  • 1/2 cup Almond milk [1]

  • 2 cups Almond flour

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

  • 2 tbs Applesauce




Turn your oven on warm mode (or lowest temperature).

Plug your waffle maker in and spray with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until combined. Pour about 1/2 cup mixture in waffle maker.

Cook until the waffles are puffy and set, about 5 minutes. When the first batch of waffles is ready, place the cooked waffles on the wire rack in the warm oven to keep them warm. Repeat until all the batter is gone. Serve the waffles immediately.
