1 1/2 lbs ground turkey or 93% lean beef
1/2 cup low sugar Ketchup
1 cup low sodium Broth
2 tbs Mustard
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Sauté the ground meat and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is brown and onion is tender (about 5 minutes).
Add in the broth, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
Cook uncovered for approximately 5-10 minutes over medium heat.
Fold the cheddar cheese into the meat mixture and heat until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm in lettuce wraps, over cauliflower rice, or on whole-grain or gluten-free buns/tortillas. Enjoy with your favorite cheeseburger toppings!
