Asian Mandarin Chicken Salad

  • 1- 16 ounce bag shredded cabbage

  • 1- 16 ounce bag shredded coleslaw ( this has red cabbage and carrots)

  • 12- 16 ounces shredded cooked chicken

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey agave

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon liquid aminos

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 clove garlic

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss.

  2. In a separate bowl prepare the dressing. Toss dressing on to salad and serve. This will stay fresh for up to 4 days once dressed, however you can add the dressing as you serve it daily.

  3. Add sesame seeds and cilantro if desired. Serves 4
